Do not specify FORCE_CPU_VARIANT_* for host build When we use ninja and switch a lunch target to another, they may cause unnecessary rebuild because ninja detects command line changes. They are used in #ifdef TARGET_BUILD so there should be no semantics changes. Change-Id: I3b57ef9bd88897850004f7ac47ddc22ebc1826b6
