Introduce callerIsRealCaller method Simplify checks for cases where caller is the real caller. Also minor cleanups (BalVerdict gets dumped with full state, so adding parts is redundant). Test: atest BackgroundActivityLaunchTest Bug: 306059525 Change-Id: Iaae4cf40de961d559f2c61519c593c4b5319e597
