  "message": "[UidMigration] fix update uninstallation with sharedUserMaxSdkVersion\n\nWhen a system app is re-enabled after the update is uninstalled, when\nthe system app has shared uid, the current code doesn\u0027t support\ndirectly reusing the disabled package setting.
