RESTRICT AUTOMERGE SFPS: Don't play auth haptics if power button pressed

On devices with side FPS enrolled:
* If the power button recently woke up the device,
don't play biometric success haptics
* Biometric failure haptics always play
* Success haptics still play if there was no
recent power button wakeup
