Remove usage of Parcel.allowSquashing in RemoteViews and immediate unparceling of Bundle

Squashing was added for application info but it doesn't work so mApplicationInfoCache was also added. Removing this from RemoteView as its redundant. And removed early unparceling of Bundle in ReflectionAction.
