Fix Wiping and LastAttemptBeforeWipe dialog are covered by
CredentialView

Test: 1. Install testDPC and setup work profile via tesDCP
2. Diable "Use one lock for work profile and device screen"
3. Set another password for work profile
4. set "Max password failures for local wipe" to 3
5. Lock device
6. Unlock device
7. Launch any work profile app
8. Enter wrong password twice and check if LastAttemptBeforeWipe dialog is visible
9. Enter wrong password and check if wiping dialog is visible
