Run callbacks from fingerprintd through handler. This fixes a potential race condition on the client monitors where an async event from fingerprintd could change the state and disrupt communication with the clients. Fixes bug 23633702 Change-Id: I69635ab768f1e8abefd0b0d8b8e73bb81e7b5695
