Support getting codec, width, and height in URL for gtalk playback. Format is rtsp://gtalk/codec/width/height For example: rtsp://gtalk/H263-1998/320/200 Change-Id: If7c73fea1e1d0de89b22a8f0d12acba1c862d6fe
