  "message": "Display\u0027s transition phase checked before DPC init.\n\nDisplayPowerController checks to see if a display is in a transition as\npart of it\u0027s display state calculation. However, this was happening only\nafter the initialization call in DPC on the first loop of\nupdatePowerState.
