Tweak ambient light thresholds. In particular, make the "dark" threshold higher so that it is easier to get into low-light mode. Test: manually by inspecting logs while adjusting ambient light. Bug: 230418765 Change-Id: I245297ceeb0a596fea6e44c58baf2aea8f4db45b
