Camera: Remove all camera HALv1 code - Delete all HALv1-related files and methods - Adjust callpaths to not try to construct HALv1 instances - Adjust checks to provide correct errors for incorrect camera IDs. Previously, incorrect camera IDs were handled by the legacy camera path, by accident, so some adjustments were needed to return correct errors in the HALv3-only world.
