libeffects: Removed the unused/redundant code in lvm/lib Retained the code as per the macros defined and removed all conditional compilation checks for BUILD_FLOAT, HIGHER_FS, NATIVE_FLOAT_BUFFER, LVM_PCM, MUL32x32INTO32, MUL32x16INTO32 and ADD2_SAT_32x32. Removed multiple blank lines in the code and replaced with one blank line.
