Update the associated frequency for FT roaming on BRCM-based implementations.

Previously, on BRCM-based implementations with
CONFIG_DRIVER_NL80211_BRCM enabled, the new associated
frequency wasn't being updated because the
wpa_supplicant_event_associnfo function was terminating
early during the Fast Transition (FT) roaming process.
This caused the UI to display the old frequency.

This fix updates the associated frequency within
wpa_supplicant_event_associnfo before it returns,
specifically for BRCM-based implementations.

Test: Manual - Ran FT roaming test case and confirmed that the frequency
is updated in the UI after roaming.
