Merge fixes and changed for Android AppRTCDemo from internal repo.
- Rename AppRTCDemoActivity to CallActivity and move UI controls
to a fragment.
- Add option to enable/disable statistics.
- Move peer connection and video constraints from URL to peer
connection client.
- Variable renaming.
