SharpYuvComputeConversionMatrix: quiet int->float warnings

under some versions of visual studio:
sharpyuv\sharpyuv_csp.c(43): warning C4244: '=': conversion from 'int' to
'float', possible loss of data
sharpyuv\sharpyuv_csp.c(35): warning C4244: 'initializing': conversion from
'int' to 'float', possible loss of data

WebP Codec

WebP codec is a library to encode and decode images in WebP format. This package contains the library that can be used in other programs to add WebP support, as well as the command line tools ‘cwebp’ and ‘dwebp’ to compress and decompress images respectively.
