dump_fmap: Add flash_ec format
Add a sub command to display info in format compatible with flash_ec
script.
The output in flash_ec format contains preserve status of each
section.
More information about section in output will be added
based on need of flash_ec script moving forward and changes should
be made on flash_ec end in parallel to avoid breakage of script.
