As a library, VEX should not export the offsetof and vg_alignof macros. The latter isn't even used by VEX. Move them to pub_tool_basics.h. offsetof also goes to VEX's private header main_util.h. git-svn-id: svn://svn.valgrind.org/vex/trunk@3049 8f6e269a-dfd6-0310-a8e1-e2731360e62c
