Limit number of supported boot slots to 2. Even though the android_boot_control structure allocates space for 4 boot slots AT only supports 2 so don't attempt to boot from unsupported slots 'c' and 'd'. Change-Id: I1899fd4e99274bd2a5d2d569fdaa4762d540cc50
