FROMLIST: env: ti: Increase boot partition
linux-mainline with multi_v7_defconfig + Android configs takes more
space than regular TI Android kernel. Let's increase boot partition
twice, so that boot_fit.img (with new zImage in it) can fit into "boot"
partition.
