Define HAVE_MALLOC_USABLE_SIZE to use the existing feature in dlmalloc This will reduce each heap object allocated in sqlite3 by 8 bytes. BUG: 10625488 Change-Id: I0aba96cd36173717fc40d1b65230266b2d1e4bf8
