Remove the sqlite-default symlink The sqlite-default symlink is used when a build fails to define the trunk-stable flag RELEASE_PACKAGE_LIBSQLITE3. Now that the flag has been part of the build for 18 months, it can be removed. Builds that still rely on this link should be fixed.
