[graphite] Fix some CanUseHardwareBlending logic
* Calling GetBlendFormula requires passing in a Porter-Duff blend mode, so only do so for the dual-source blending check for non-advanced blend modes.
* If the coverage is LCD, we need to use the LCD-specific GetBlendFormula method.
