[graphite] VulkanSamplerYcbcrConversion -> VulkanYcbcrConversion
* I personally think this change improves conciseness without sacrificing meaning. The native Vulkan object *is* called VkSamplerYcbcrConversion, but I'm not sure including "Sampler" in the graphite abstraction buys us much of anything.
