Upgrade sec1 to 0.7.3 am: 3b65df0b6f am: 9a875ec6d9 am: 0ca0749343 Original change: https://android-review.googlesource.com/c/platform/external/rust/crates/sec1/+/2877561 Change-Id: I17ea101a4c21b09f7f6938fd3b0a8d784e46a3da Signed-off-by: Automerger Merge Worker <android-build-automerger-merge-worker@system.gserviceaccount.com>
Pure Rust implementation of SEC1: Elliptic Curve Cryptography encoding formats including ASN.1 DER-serialized private keys (also described in RFC5915) as well as the Elliptic-Curve-Point-to-Octet-String
and Octet-String-to-Elliptic-Curve-Point
encoding algorithms.
This crate requires Rust 1.65 at a minimum.
We may change the MSRV in the future, but it will be accompanied by a minor version bump.
