Import 'lazycell' package version 1.2.1 * Add OWNERS Bug: 152884384 Test: make Change-Id: Ib300a4e6fb722ffce655de00097b9d6821abfe11
Rust library providing a lazily filled Cell.
Add the following to your Cargo.toml:
[dependencies] lazycell = "1.2"
And in your lib.rs or main.rs:
extern crate lazycell;
