Split DepsLogInput -> DepsLogInputFile+DepsLogData I'm planning to use the DepsLogData class to make up test data. DepsLogData is only 2 words now, so pass it by value instead of by reference. Test: ninja_test Change-Id: I277855137cce0fcdf60fccef9c3061cc01056728
