Compile against "core_current" not SDK stubs The targets are used from libcore tests and so we want it to only depend on public SDK APIs from core libraries. These appear to be enough. Bug: 113148576 Test: build Change-Id: Id219d68f1a0b5262ba0f9cd8690cfc12242442f2
