Build dump_constants as a static binary This change makes dump_constants a static binary. This should have no effect on the size of the final image since it will only be used at build time to generate constants.json. Minijail is a sandboxing and containment tool used in Chrome OS and Android. It provides an executable that can be used to launch and sandbox other programs, and a library that can be used by code to sandbox itself.
