Remove semi-pointless info() message. When I added this info() message my rationale was we wouldn't want to reset a signal disposition without telling the user: a bug related to this would be pretty hard to find. Since then, we haven't had any reports of bugs related to this, but this log line shows up a ton when folks are using thread-sync. Let's remove it. Bug: None Test: Deploy in Chrome OS, log lines are gone. Change-Id: I52a0e877c374d716bdfb772bc5a1def2fc0b1baf

There might be other copies floating around, but this is the official one!
Minijail is a sandboxing and containment tool used in Chrome OS and Android. It provides an executable that can be used to launch and sandbox other programs, and a library that can be used by code to sandbox itself.
