v3dv/pipeline: remove custom variant cache Now that we have a default pipeline cache, we can rely on it. This allows to remove some code, and avoid the need to have a cache per each pipeline stage. Part-of: <https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/-/merge_requests/6766>
