proc file fixup: This fixes some random qualcomm proc files that act odd /proc/debug/fwdump and /proc/cid/athdiagpfs act "odd" so we need to add quirks to the proc01.c test file for them to be able to pass properly. There's nothing wrong with the proc files, it's just that LTP expects the error values to be "sane".
