Update the EH doc to reflect the new EH model. This basically involved removing references to llvm.eh.exception, llvm.eh.selector, and llvm.eh.resume and replacing them with references to the landingpad and resume instructions. git-svn-id: https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/llvm/trunk@140128 91177308-0d34-0410-b5e6-96231b3b80d8
