[cpesuggest] Add CPE security tag for libyaml.

I have manually checked the CPE tag is correct by checking the vendor
and product name match on the NVD site (version # does not need to
match).

Adding CPE security tags to a METADATA file is necessary to
enable automated vulnerability monitoring.

LibYAML - A C library for parsing and emitting YAML.

To build and install the library, run:

$ ./configure
$ make
# make install

Required packages:

  • gcc
  • libtool
  • make

If you checked the source code from the Git repository, run

$ ./bootstrap
$ ./configure
$ make
# make install

Required packages:

  • autoconf
  • libtool
  • make
