Fix m8 branch to work with the recently updated cloud server The recent push on the server side started to enforce validation on the new traits/components and changed the expectations for the upsertLocalAuthInfo request. Remove those features from m8 branch code so that the devices can still work with the new server. Change-Id: I73fe94a817c4aa27720c9194b026f4d249bd1252
