Add get_mv_from_mv_mode() Given an mv_mode, this function will return the corresponding mv. find_ref_mv() A helper function finds the nearest and near mvs from the neighbor blocks. select_mv_arr[] An array used for storing selected motion vectors. Change-Id: Ibeb434007f65b2c6e461360f208d99455e76bcbf
