Blacklist a function to prevent a crash. We have seen the integer overflow sanitizer crash in this function, so add it to the blacklist to prevent the crash. Bug: 118602973 Test: Build. Change-Id: I80462b2a0c552f5b072584dd0ce0cd1cd98fc18c
