  "message": "extensions: IDLETIMER: Add alarm timer option\n\nIntroduce \"--alarm\" option for idletimer rule.\nIf it is present, hardidle-timer is used, else default timer.\nThe default idletimer starts a deferrable timer or in other\nwords the timer will cease to run when cpu is in suspended\nstate.
