Android patch: Disable ar_XB in cintltst.tsutil.cldrtest.VerifyTranslation ar_XB is generated and used by developers only, not by mass users. The error message is not very alarming because I think not all characters used in a locale have to be in exemplar characters. More investigation is needed.
