Removed convenience methods from Container. Broke down BindingBuilder into multiple interfaces to limit which methods can be called at which times. Filled in missing Javadocs. Synced AbstractModule with Binder. Added code to detect optional=true on constructors. Created Struts 2 modules and got that code working again.
