octopus: correct GPIO - KB_BL_PWR_EN to UNIMPLEMENTED
First wave projects don't have any board with keyboard backlight so the
GPIO - KB_BL_PWR_EN should be configured by macro of UNIMPLEMENTED
instead of output direction.
