toolchain: rename 3rd-party-compiler to 3rd-party-gcc Some build systems are stupid and look for "gcc" in the compiler name. Rename the wrapper to "3rd-party-gcc" to avoid those bugs. Change-Id: Ied37ccdb94faadd5585c2e1f82659cf4a19e6a24
