flashchips.{c,h}: sync MX25L12805D ID with upstream

Use `MACRONIX_MX25L12805D` instead of `MACRONIX_MX25L12805`
and delete the definition of `MACRONIX_MX25L12805` to match
upstream. Both definitions had the same value so this is
effectively a no-op.

This patch partially syncs with upstream at
`commit 3170bc3a8e62fe5be8af840454031b39487b31d5`
