flashchips.c: sync S25FL116K/S25FL216K with upstream

This chip does not have a `.wp` entry, so the
version in upstream is probbably newer than and more
accurate.

This patch partially syncs with upstream at
`commit 3170bc3a8e62fe5be8af840454031b39487b31d5`
