Adding TensorIndexTuple and TensorTupleReduceOP backend (ArgMax/Min) for sycl; fixing the address space issue for const TensorMap; converting all discard_write to write due to data missmatch.
Eigen is a C++ template library for linear algebra: matrices, vectors, numerical solvers, and related algorithms.
