Increase no-data timeout to 5 seconds. On some low-end hardware we are observing the no-data timeout being exceeded with no genuine hangs. Some tests take up to 1.7 seconds to complete. By generously increasing this timeout we can eliminate flakes on slow devices without any negative side-effects. Bug: 29870344 Change-Id: I0a3165f26aefb4cdd18acb1ca0dd0210d7fdba69
