winbuild: Removed WITH_SSL=schannel and tie schannel to SSPI Removed specific WITH_SSL=schannel paramter that did not fit the general schema and complicated the parameters. For now Schannel will be enabled if SSPI is enabled and OpenSSL is disabled.
