[androidconfigure] Read current clang version instead of hardcoding build/soong/scripts/get_clang_version.py prints the current clang version used in the platform. Test: ./androidconfigure finds the correct clang version. Change-Id: If8da3dfb04bd194851611768aaa2166d7a552c99
