Build ASan runtime library as ARM (as opposed to Thumb). This is required for the fast (frame pointer based) unwinder to successfully step from the interceptor to the user code, and mirrors the way ASan runtime is built in the upstream. Change-Id: Iafa03ebd167d412650cf91231180dc2f5e329da0
