[analyzer] Rename addTrackNullOrUndefValueVisitor to trackNullOrUndefValue. This helper function (in the clang::ento::bugreporter namespace) may add more than one visitor, but conceptually it's tracking a single use of a null or undefined value and should do so as best it can.
