Improve indentation after breaking at nested name specifiers.
These always represent a continuation and we should increase the ident.
Before:
aaaaaaaaa(aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa::
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa);
After:
aaaaaaaaa(aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa::
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa);
